If a product is functioning properly and there are no manufacturer defects, but you still wish to exchange it, please notify us within three days of receiving the product. You may exchange the product for another item in the same category or receive store credit. Customers are advised to inspect their products thoroughly before leaving the store. Once the customer has left the store, these products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. In the event that the aforementioned products are damaged during shipment, returns may be accepted.
