Refund and Exchange Policy

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. To request a refund for a damaged, faulty, or defective item, please notify us via email at info@thetobacconist.com.pk within three days of purchase. Refunds will not be provided for products returned without manufacturing defects. Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, any additional handling and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Exchange Policy:

If a product is functioning properly and there are no manufacturer defects, but you still wish to exchange it, please notify us within three days of receiving the product. You may exchange the product for another item in the same category or receive store credit. Non-Returnable Products: Certain products are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene and reuse concerns. These include:

  • E-Liquids
  • Batteries
  • Tips & Mouthpieces
  • Atomizers
  • Cartomizers
  • Coils & Tanks

Customers are advised to inspect their products thoroughly before leaving the store. Once the customer has left the store, these products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. In the event that the aforementioned products are damaged during shipment, returns may be accepted.
